Thien Mu Pagoda (also known as Linh Mu Pagoda) is an ancient temple situated on Ha Khe Hill, approximately 5 km west of Hue City center.

However, after operating for a period, Thuy Tien Lake Park was abandoned due to inefficient exploitation. Subsequently, the People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province decided to revoke the project and hand it over to the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment for management. Since then, the park has been deserted, with many structures falling into disrepair, creating a desolate landscape that has attracted numerous domestic and international tourists to explore.
